Frequently asked questions
Do I need to wash the car first?
It’s not essential. On the outside we recommend washing the car first: you use less product and your microfiber cloths go further. ALL IN ONE also works dry. With mud, sand or lots of insects, pre-rinse with a pressure washer first. On the inside you don’t need water: apply it directly.
Which surfaces can I use it on?
Paintwork, glass, wheels, tyres, plastics, dashboard, infotainment screens, leather seats, chrome, vinyl wraps, convertible rear windows and fabric roofs, and rubber seals.
Does it leave every surface the same?
No. The formula adapts to each surface and gives every material the right finish.
Is it safe for infotainment screens?
Yes. Always apply the product to the microfiber, never directly onto the screen.
Why two microfiber cloths?
The black one cleans: it picks up the dirt and most of the product. The yellow one, kept clean and dry, removes any excess and leaves the final finish.
Can I use it on a hot surface?
It’s not recommended. Apply it on cool or warm surfaces and avoid direct sunlight.
How much product do I need?
Very little. A few sprays are enough for each area. One bottle cleans your whole car, inside and out, 3 to 4 times.
Is it suitable for motorbikes, classics and other vehicles?
Yes. New and classic cars, motorbikes, scooters, campers, quads and other vehicles.
How long does shipping take?
Mainland Spain: 48–72 working hours. Portugal: 2–5 working days. Rest of the EU: 3–7 working days. You’ll get the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
