Refund policy
At DXB FACTOR we want you to be happy with your purchase. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return, without prejudice to the legal rights of consumers.
To request a return, write to us at info@dxbfactor.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return conditions
For voluntary returns within our 30-day commercial period, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.
Please do not send any product without contacting us first. Once your request is accepted, we will send you the instructions to make the return.

Return costs
Unless the product arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, the direct cost of returning it is paid by the customer.
If the product you received is faulty, was damaged in transit or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@dxbfactor.com. We will review the case and, where applicable, cover the costs needed to resolve it.
Right of withdrawal in the European Union
If you are a consumer and your order was placed within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable law.
During this period, the consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Where applicable, the refund will be made using the original payment method. Our usual processing time is up to 10 working days, although your bank or payment provider may need additional time for it to appear in your account.
If more than 15 working days have passed since the refund was approved, write to us at info@dxbfactor.com.
