2. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of products through the online store dxbfactor.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted them. The store runs on Shopify’s technical platform, but the sales contract is concluded exclusively between the customer and DXB-FACTOR CAR CARE, S.L.
3. Products
The features of each product are described on its product page. Images are representative and colours may vary slightly depending on the screen. Customers must use the products in accordance with the instructions for use shown on the website and on the packaging.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before checkout is completed and depend on the destination country and number of units, as set out in the Shipping policy. Promotions are subject to their own terms and validity periods.
5. Ordering process
The customer selects the products, adds them to the cart, enters shipping and billing details, chooses a payment method and confirms the order. After the purchase the customer will receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded in the language in which the order is placed, and DXB FACTOR keeps the electronic order document, which the customer can request by writing to info@dxbfactor.com.
6. Payment
The payment methods shown during checkout are accepted. Payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways; DXB FACTOR does not store full card details.
7. Shipping and delivery
Available destinations, rates and estimated delivery times are set out in the Shipping policy. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes delivery.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. In addition, DXB FACTOR voluntarily extends this period to 30 days for unused products. Conditions, procedure and refunds are set out in the Refund policy. To withdraw, simply send a clear statement to info@dxbfactor.com or use the following model form:
To DXB-FACTOR CAR CARE, S.L., Rambla Sant Francesc, 23, 1.º 1.ª, 08720 Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona), Spain, info@dxbfactor.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following product: [product]. Order received on: [date]. Name of consumer: [name]. Address: [address]. Date and signature (only if sent on paper).
9. Legal guarantee
Products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish consumer law. If a product arrives faulty, damaged or does not match the order, the customer should contact info@dxbfactor.com and DXB FACTOR will cover the costs needed to resolve it.
10. Liability
DXB FACTOR is not liable for damage resulting from use of the product other than as indicated in its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.
11. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.
12. Intellectual property
The website content (texts, images, logos, trademarks and design) belongs to DXB-FACTOR CAR CARE, S.L. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
13. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, by European Union consumer protection law. Any issue or complaint can be sent to info@dxbfactor.com. In the event of a dispute, consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence.
14. Changes
DXB FACTOR may update these terms. The version in force at the time of each order will apply.
