We ship from Spain. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and number of units, and are always shown before you complete your purchase.
Rates and estimated delivery times
- Spain: €4.95. Free with 2 or more units. Mainland: 48–72 working hours. The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may take longer.
- Portugal: €6.95 (1 unit) · €8.95 (2 units) · free with 3 or more units. 2–5 working days.
- Rest of the European Union: €9.95 (1 unit) · €12.95 (2 units) · €14.95 (3 or more units) · free on orders from €99.95. 3–7 working days.
- United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: €19.95 (1 unit) · €24.95 (2 units) · €29.95 (3 or more units). 5–8 working days. As these countries are outside the EU, import taxes or duties may apply and are paid by the recipient.
- Other countries: we currently do not ship outside Europe.
Delivery times are estimates, counted from when the order leaves our warehouse, and may be affected by public holidays, peak periods or carrier incidents. Free shipping offers are applied automatically when applicable.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Issues
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, write to us at info@dxbfactor.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
